The suite was well-furnished and cosy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially enjoyed the spacious balcony and the nearby grocery stores that made self-catering a breeze.

The kitchen was not equipped well enough for proper cooking, and the internet connection was unreliable at times.

The hotel was clean and located in a great spot in town. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. The staff was really nice and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They made us hot coffee when we got up in the morning and even offered to help us with our luggage.

The bathroom was a bit rundown and had some mold. Also, it was a bit of a struggle getting up the steep hill to the hotel, especially for our grandparents who came with us. The steps at the entrance were also a bit tricky for them. though, we had a pleasant stay during our xmas holiday.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel near Taksim square. The location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and a bakery just a short walk away. The apartment was clean and had good furniture. The staff, especially Thujan, were extremely nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place.
